Prawn & Vegetable Dry Dish

 

Ingredients

pushpa april 16
175g frozen cooked, peeled prawns
Oil
115g frozen peas
115g frozen sweetcorn
1 large courgette diced
1 med red pepper diced
5ml crushed coriander seeds
5ml crushed dried chillies
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt
Lemon juice
Fresh coriander for garnish

Directions


Defrost the prawns and drain them.
Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds and the cumin seeds.
Add the prawns and cook until they are dried.
Next add the peas, peppers and sweetcorn and stir for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Finally add the coriander seeds, crushed chillies, salt and lemon juice as to taste. Garnish with coriander and serve with salad.
